This series of bioreactors is developed by Weixin based on the process characteristics of animal cell suspension culture, combined with advanced equipment manufacturing and automation technology. It is a specialized equipment for mammalian cell suspension culture, suitable for the production of monoclonal antibodies, vaccines, recombinant proteins, or seed preparation

1. Volume: 20L, 25L, 50L, 100L (optional)

2. Mixing control: 2D wave mixing, speed 2-40rpm, angle 0-12 °

3. Ventilation control: Three ventilation channels (air, oxygen, carbon dioxide) are used to control the flow rate through MFC. Each ventilation flow rate can be independently manually controlled or cascaded with pH/DO automatic control and adjustment

4. Temperature control: Electric heating controls temperature rise, natural heat dissipation cools down, control range 20-40 ℃

5. Pressure control: Set an adjustable pressure switch of 0-1bar to ensure positive pressure while avoiding damage to the cultivation bag

6. Ph control: Set up a disposable patch type pH sensor, cascade CO2 flow rate and peristaltic pump, and automatically control pH between 4.5-8.5

7. DO control: Set up a disposable patch type optical DO sensor, cascade air and oxygen MFC, and automatically control DO between 0-100%

8. CO2 control: The intake mixing ratio can be manually controlled to achieve CO2 concentration control, and online sensors can also be set to achieve automatic detection and control
