Multifunctional Extraction Tank

 

1. The roller type slag discharge door adopts pneumatic rotary locking, and the locking pins (i.e. compression points) are evenly distributed, which can effectively seal under pressure. The locking pin slides along the inclined groove on the door ring and presses against the slag discharge door. The inclined groove is a self-locking structure, which means that the locking pin will not fall off on its own in the event of power failure or gas interruption.

The filter plate at the bottom of the percolation tank adopts a double-layer design, which can easily ensure thorough cleaning of the extraction tank. The bottom of the tank is equipped with solvent distribution space and guiding components, which is conducive to cyclic extraction and solvent transfer.

3. Due to the small size of the mirror on the top of the conventional multi-functional extraction tank and the difficulty in cleaning and observing the extraction situation inside the tank during boiling extraction, our company has newly designed an integrated mirror with a scraper and water spray on the top of the extraction tank, which provides better lighting and a larger observation area.

4. The bottom cover of the percolation tank is covered with a rigid tube, which is securely connected, leak free, has a long service life, is resistant to high temperatures (150 ℃), maintenance free, and does not require replacement for at least five years.

5. According to the material requirements of customers, filter cartridges can be installed on the inner container of the extraction tank, and vertical filter screens can be selected. The filtering area of the filter cartridge has increased several times compared to the bottom area, solving the problem of easy blockage and difficulty in liquid extraction at the bottom of the extraction tank.
